Cut+Dry Ideas

There should be a voice to order feature for customers. Instead of order desk where the DP has to get the voicemail, process it and approve it, customers should be able to go into voice mode in their order guide a quickly order their regular items. They could save and create "short codes" of their products so if they want two tomatoes the system knows to enter the 5x6 on their guide and if they want 2 romas it knows to key 2 tomatoes because they've defined it that way. Customer can view what gets drafted and place the order. Off guide would naturally be much more complex depednding on the DP catalog but would be a good start.
