Cut+Dry Ideas

We have some accounts that we only deliver to and service for maybe 5 months out of the year and the rest of the year we do not go to their locations. Can we create a way so that they can not place orders during the "off season" time? Coupled with the ability to know what route and stop # our customer is on from the profile view in the same section as their delivery days? So ideally it woul look like a section for their delivery days and cut off times, then a section that covers their route and stop # for those delivery days above, and then a toggle switch that lets us deactivate the account or put it in sleep mode til its toursit season again for that route either on a customer to customer base or on a global setting by route ?
