Toggle Cost/Margin for Salesperson View

Our sales people will at times be reviewing products/placing orders for customers with the customer beside them. Therefore, there are times when showing the item cost/margin on the order screen for the salesperson leads to a potential issue.
The suggestion is to have a visibility toggle for these columns somewhere at the top of the page so the salesperson can enable/disable the visibility of these 2 columns.

I found out today that if enabled, the F12 keyboard key can toggle this. However, that is not convenient for those that use non-desktop (ex. tablet). Ideally this feature in enhanced to include an icon on the screen that also does the same toggle functionality.
