Standing Order in the future

Customer operator wants to put a standing order in for the future. As it is, it begins immediately. Allow the operator to choose which week/day to start sending standing orders.

Right now, the standing orders pushes the order out to the next possible delivery day based on the lead time on the item. This makes it difficult for restaurants to plan their inbound items and defeats the purpose of standing orders if they never know or can plan on a specific order. Also, please include a launch date as well
