I know you can 'Find Subs' but it's flawed. First, it doesn't take you to the same product category as the item you're trying to find a sub for. Second, if you don't choose one of the three subs that we provided, there's no way to indicate your preferred sub. You have to leave the original item AND have the sub item added to the order. What happens when both items ship? This happens every single day at our company. Let the Operator set their own subs for each item on their order guide. Have it retain a note: "in which case the original item is out of stock, sub item #12345." This note is sent over to our ERP where our Customer Service team will see it.
