Customer Allergen Report

Territory Sales Consultants at Harbor Foodservice need the ability to generate allergen reports for individual customers based on their purchase history. This is a customer service and food safety requirement — customers, particularly those in healthcare, education, and allergen-sensitive food service environments, regularly request documentation of allergen information for the products they purchase.
Currently there is no native way to produce this output from K360/Cut+Dry in a single workflow. TSCs must manually cross-reference purchase history with item-level allergen data — a process that is time-consuming, inconsistent, and not scalable.
2. Objective
Build a customer allergen reporting feature within K360/Cut+Dry that allows TSCs to:
• Select a customer account and date range
• Pull the purchase history for that period
• View allergen information mapped to each purchased item
• Export or deliver the result as a customer-facing report (Excel/CSV, PDF, or email)
