Add Item Completeness Score to Item Extract (Catalog)

We find the item completeness score very intriguing, however we'd like to see the items sorted by the score so we can focus on those items w/ a low score. Ideally the catalog list is sortable by this value, but if not, adding the score to the extract would accomplish a similar thing allowing us to sort after extracting.

Given the recent update to break the score out into 2 different values (ecom, attribute), both scores should be available in the catalog extract.
